Privacy notice
Last updated: 1 September 2026
This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit the InstallHub product website or contact us about the product.
1. Who we are
InstallHub® is a registered trademark and product of Intelex Systems Limited, Blythe Valley Business Park, Central Boulevard, Solihull, West Midlands B90 8AG, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this notice mean Intelex Systems Limited in relation to this website and enquiries about InstallHub.
2. Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, company, work email, telephone number and information about your installation operations. The website’s demo form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not store the form submission on the website.
3. How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, arrange demonstrations, understand your requirements, prepare proposals and maintain appropriate business records. We do not sell personal information.
4. Lawful basis
We normally process business enquiry information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to prospective customers and developing business relationships. Where the enquiry relates to a proposed contract, processing may also be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.
5. Sharing and processors
Information may be handled by authorised staff and service providers who support communications, hosting, security and business administration. We expect service providers to protect information and use it only for the agreed purpose.
6. Retention
We retain enquiry and business correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, relationship, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Retention periods may vary according to the nature of the communication.
7. International processing
Where a service provider processes information outside the United Kingdom, we take appropriate steps to ensure that a recognised transfer mechanism and relevant safeguards are used where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
9. Cookies and site data
This release does not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking. Essential technical processing may be used by the hosting service to deliver and secure the website. This notice will be updated if analytics or other optional technologies are introduced.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or data-protection requests, email legal@installhub.uk with “InstallHub privacy” in the subject line, or telephone +44 (0) 121 582 4700.
